When I started this work, I wanted to serve people who are often assumed to have everything figured out simply because they earn a decent income. I saw that many firms focused either on low-income filers or on high-end boutique clients, and there was very little in between.
My goal was to fill that space—not just by preparing returns, but by taking the time to explain what the numbers actually mean. I believe clients deserve clear, honest conversations about their finances, without unnecessary jargon, so they can feel informed, confident, and in control.
